Hickory BBQ Meatballs
A classic appetizer and dinner with delicious hickory bbq flavor satisfies an appetite with nutrient-dense meats. The meatballs are precooked so really you are infusing the sauce flavors with heat. This one is addicting - might need a disclaimer on it.
Ingredients
- 2lbs REP 80/20
- 1 Bottle Happy Prairie Hickory BBQ
- Unsalted Butter
Directions
- Thaw out ground beef.
- Form ground beef into meatballs.
- Heat up skillet, add unsalted butter.
- Add meatballs and brown on all sides.
- Add half bottle of Happy Prairie Hickory Barbeque Sauce and continue to cook coating all the meatballs.
- Let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Ready to serve with remaining sauce. Extra sauce is important.
