We at REP Provisions stand behind our farmers, our products and our service.
RETURNS:
• We are unable to accept returns since our products are perishable, can't be re-stocked or re-sold.
• We guarantee delivery to the home address on your account when the orders is first placed.
• We cannot guarantee delivery of an order placed using a business address. If your package is delivered to a business that is closed, the courier will not deliver your package until the following day and your order may defrost.
• Refunds and reshipments are only available if customer chooses “shipping and satisfaction guarantee” upon checkout”

Items Covered:
• Damaged Items (unrelated to carrier)
• Late delivery resulting in warm items or damaged items
• Missing items
Items Not Covered:
• Incorrect address provided or refusal to accept delivery
• Late delivery due to incorrect address
• Inability to retrieve your order on guaranteed delivery date, resulting in defrosted items.
