Every pound comes from cattle that ate grass their whole lives, with no glyphosate and no antibiotics, and the nutrient density is measured by an independent lab rather than promised on a sticker.

What a share actually is

A portion of a whole animal, ground beef, steaks and roasts included, cut and packaged to order. For generations that meant finding a rancher, booking a butcher and borrowing a trailer. We kept the good part and removed the rest.

Every share comes from our ranch in Mounds, Oklahoma or a partner regenerative farm near our ranch. All three farms are near Tulsa and Audubon Certified. You choose your ground beef blend; the cut list follows the animal.

Every share is offered in Ground Beef 90/10 or 80/20, or as a Primal Blend, at the same price. Listed weights are averages; individual cuts vary slightly. The 1/2 Beef ships by freight, typically $500 to $700 depending on your zip code, and we coordinate the date with you before anything leaves the ranch.

Shares from 1/32 to 1/4 ship 2-day UPS from Bixby, Oklahoma in an insulated box with dry ice, and the price you see includes USDA butchering, packing and delivery. The 1/2 Beef travels by freight, and we coordinate the shipping date with you before it leaves.

Pay over time

Installment options are available at checkout, so a season of beef can be paid for like a grocery bill instead of all at once.

Example: a 1/8th Share at $1,002.11 works out to about $84 a month over 12 months, subject to the payment provider's terms.

Before your first share

The Questions Everyone Asks.

How much freezer space do I need?

Plan on one cubic foot for every 30 to 35 pounds. A 1/32nd or 1/16th fits in most refrigerator freezers. A 1/8th wants about two cubic feet. A 1/4th or 1/2 earns its own chest freezer, and the deeper discount on those sizes goes a long way toward paying for it.

How long does it keep?

Vacuum-sealed and frozen, beef holds at peak quality for 12 months or more. Most families finish a share long before that matters.

Can I choose my cuts?

You choose the ground beef: 90/10 or 80/20, or a Primal Blend. The rest of the cut list follows the animal, which is what makes the blended price work.

What does grass-fed and grass-finished mean at REP?

Our cattle eat pasture and forage for life and finish on grass, never in a feedlot. No glyphosate, no antibiotics. The Edacious lab results show what that produces, and they are published here.

What if the box is damaged or delayed?
