What drives you everyday when you show up to the gym?

Q&A With Zach Buntin

How Does Your Training Schedule Affect Your Family?

A: My wife is very supportive. It definitely takes a toll being gone so much. There will be a day I need to pay this back and I'm looking forward to that day. I owe her a lot of time. You can only do this sport for so long and we are chasing this dream together. I couldn't do it without her, I know that.

WHEN DID YOU START TRAINING?

Q&A With Zach Buntin

What advice would you give someone hoping to make it to the Games?

A: It doesn't happen overnight. It doesn't happen in a year. You have to just keep working and it takes years to get your scores and times to that level. Just keep chipping away at it and the work will pay off. One day you might see your name up there with those guys you used to look up to.

CLEAN FUEL. ANYTIME. ANYWHERE.

MEAL PREP JUST GOT EASY.

“REP PROVIDES CLEAN FUEL I CAN TRUST. IT’S THE EASIEST MEAL PREP OF THE WEEK.” - Zach BUNTIN

Q&A WITH ZACH BUNTIN

WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GREW UP?

A: I wanted to be a NASCAR driver. I didn't have the money to pursue that career but I do have a '69 Camero that I spend some weekends working on with my wife and dad. Weirdly, that is a big part of our bonding time.

HOW DO YOU PERCEIVE FAILURE?

Q&A WITH ZACH BUNTIN

after the crossfit games have ended, what’S NEXT?

A: Vacation. Some downtime to reflect on the successes of the past year. Probably, some fishing with my friends. I suck at fishing but like hanging out on the water. Then it’s back to work.

We are always looking for people doing rad stuff.
