A: My wife, my friends, my community and coach. There is a lot I can still accomplish but I can only do it because I have an amazing group of people that support me.
WHEN DID YOU START TRAINING?
A: I started training for CrossFit in 2016. I had been a wrestler and football player in high school and was looking for something to get me out of the house and to stay active. I missed competing and the camaraderie you develop in a team environment. I found that with CrossFit T-Town.
