Air fryer stuffed bell peppers, their vibrant colors teasing your senses before you even take a bite. A savory blend of marinated ground beef, rice, green onions, and melted cheese, all nestled within a roasted bell pepper.
Ingredients

1lb REP Ground Beef (80/20, 90/10, 75/25, Primal Blend can be used)

1 tbsp Olive Oil

¼ cup Green Onions

¼ cup Fresh Parsley

½ tsp Ground Sage

½ tsp Garlic Salt
-
1 cup Cooked White Rice
-
¾ cup Happy Prairie Fajita Marinade

¼ cup Shredded Mozzarella
Directions
Cook Beef in skillet and drain. Return to skillet and add olive oil, green onion, parsley, sage and Garlic salt, mix well.
Add in Cooked Rice and Fajita Marinade, mix well.
Cut off tops of Bell Peppers and clean out inside including seeds.
Stuff Peppers with mixture and place into Air Fryer.
Cook 10 minutes @ 360 degrees on Bake.
Carefully open lid of Air Fryer and add Shredded Cheese.
Cook until peppers are soft and cheese is melted.

Optional Toppings: Cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa.
