You only need 5 ingredients and about 15 minutes to pull together an easy No Soy Beef Teriyaki dinner that will rock your family's tastebuds! Not a fan of greens? Just serve over rice.
INGREDIENTS:
REP Provisions Regenerative Ground Beef
Happy Prairie No Soy Teriyaki Sauce
Ice Berg or Butter Lettuce
Scallions/Green Onions
Yellow Onion
Optional:
White Rice
DIRECTIONS:
1: Thaw 1lb Regenerative Ground Beef
2: Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add REP Ground Beef; cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease; transfer beef to a bowl. Add onion to the same skillet; cook and stir until just tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
3: Stir in 1/2 bottle of Happy Prairie No Soy Teriyaki Sauce and browned beef; cook and stir until the onions just begin to wilt, about 2 minutes.
4: Prepare rice as recommended by package or use veggies instead.
5: Arrange lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a large serving platter; spoon rice and add teriyaki ground beef in the center. Add additional sauce for extra teriyaki flavor.
6: Garnish with scallions or sesame seeds. (optional)
No Soy Teriyaki Sauce goes great with any of these.

Our sauces have a best by date printed on the bottle. Please refrigerate after opening and use within 45 days for best quality.

Our sauces and dressings are manufactured in a shared facility and on a shared line with other products that contain most of the 8 major allergens. They have an allergen control program and specific cleaning protocols to avoid allergen residues.
