Regenerative Grass Fed Ground Beef (90/10)Simply, use in your favorite recipes that use ground beef.
To cook 90/10 ground beef, use a bit of oil, tallow or butter in the skillet to compensate for its lower fat content and prevent sticking. Brown it over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles, and cook just until no longer pink to avoid dryness. For burgers, handle gently (90/10 doesn't stick together as well as 80/20 Ground Beef), season well, and cook over moderate heat to maintain juiciness.
Yes, grass-fed beef has a richer, more complex flavor with a deeper beef taste. The all grass diet produces a more intense beef flavor with a clean finish and no greasy after taste.
