Ingredients
-
Ground Beef (Primal Blend, 80/20, 90/10)
-
1 Bottle Happy Prairie No Soy Teriyaki
-
Ice Berg or Butter Lettuce
-
Scallions/Green Onions
-
Yellow Onion
Directions
Thaw 1lb Regenerative Ground Beef
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add REP Ground Beef; cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease; transfer beef to a bowl. Add onion to the same skillet; cook and stir until just tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in 1/2 bottle of Happy Prairie No Soy Teriyaki Sauce and browned beef; cook and stir until the onions just begin to wilt, about 2 minutes.
Prepare rice as recommended by package or use veggies instead.
Arrange lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a large serving platter; spoon rice and add teriyaki ground beef in the center. Add additional sauce for extra teriyaki flavor.
Recipe Note
Optional: Garnish with scallions or sesame seeds.
