 Thaw REP Chicken Wings

Pat wings dry with paper towel.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil and fit the baking sheets with wire racks.

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the melted butter. Arrange the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the wire racks, not touching each other. Sprinkle them with a little salt.

Bake the wings until they are cooked through and their skin is browned and crispy, about 40 minutes.

Remove from oven, coat wings with some Smoky Buffalo sauce. Reduce oven temp to 170 degrees F. Put them back on the rack and bake for another 20 minutes. This really sets in the buffalo flavor.

Serve: Toss wings with additional Smoky Buffalo sauce or serve the Happy Prairie Buffalo Sauce in a dipping bowl.
