How can we say that with a straight face? We had our beef tested at Michigan State University* and compared it to an existing database of beef profiles. 1: REP Regenerative Beef is Nutritionally Better.

Raised regeneratively, our cattle live in a fully functioning grassland ecosystem that consists of over 70 different native grass species. This plant biodiversity culminates into a nutrient-dense meat that is packed with micro-nutrients, vitamins and a full rich flavor (like our ancestors experienced).
 
The Michigan State tests showed that our ground beef has a nearly perfect 1:1 ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3 fatty acids, making it truly heart healthy beef. This is a revolutionary piece of data that puts our beef closer to chicken and fish. As a reference point, grain-fed beef has 10:1 ratio or 10X the amount of Omega-6s (bad fats).
 
We don’t use antibiotics or hormones on animals that are used for product. If an animal becomes ill and needs antibiotics we make sure they get the proper medical attention but after they regain their health they can no longer be part of our food supply chain.

Animals that roam stress-free in a biodiverse ecosystem where they can convert many varieties of grass into healthy proteins that are rich in nourishment produce a more robust beefy flavor. Beyond the taste, you can visually see the difference in the meat color (example below: deeper red) and it has a more pleasing aroma. *Michigan State University Fatty Acid Analysis info:

REP beef tested out to a nearly perfect 1:1 Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio (Total n-6 2.60, Total n-3 2.16 = n6:n3 1.21). We also had reasonable CLA levels and a “favorable profile” of saturated fatty acids. The profile of our beef is lower in those saturated fatty acids with cholesterol-raising effects and higher in stearic acid with neutral cholesterol effects. For example, Stearic acid (C18:0) has a neutral effect on LDL cholesterol while myristic (C14:0) and palmitic acid (C16:0) has cholesterol-raising effects.
