Ingredients

2 REP Sirloins
-
Small Cube of REP Beef Suet or Oil of your choice

1 Bottle of Happy Prairie Orange Szechuan

1 Onion, diced
-
2 Red Bell Peppers, sliced
-
Jasmine Rice or Rice of your choice
Directions
Orange Szechuan Beef
Thaw REP Steaks to room temperature.
Pat dry - then salt brine steaks and let sit for 30 min - 1 hour.
Oil pan with Beef Suet and heat pan on medium-high heat.
Slice steaks into thin strips and add it into the pan. Fry the steak to about medium temp, turning the beef frequently to sear both sides. Remove from pan.
Add diced onion and sliced bell peppers to pan, stir frequently. Cook 5-8 minutes or until peppers are soft. Add Orange Szechuan to pan and allow to cook for 2-3 more minutes.
Once bubbling and sauce starts to thicken, add the sliced steak back in and stir so its coated in the sauce, let it the sauce simmer and soak into the beef for 2-3 minutes serve over rice.
Rice
Bring water to a boil.
Add rice and a splash of oil.
Place lid on pot and let boil for product recommended time or until rice absorbs all of the water.
Fluff rice with spatula then serve with orange beef.
Recipe Note
Optional: Garnish with orange zest or orange peel.
Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds.
