A dish where the intersection of citrus, sweet & spicy flavors collide. If you’ve ever had orange chicken and like a touch of heat this recipe will be a weekly staple around your kitchen.
Ingredients

1 Bottle Happy Prairie Orange Szechuan

REP Pasture-Raised Chicken Breasts (2)

White Rice

Directions
Cut REP Chicken Breasts into 1” cubes. Place the chicken in a ziploc bag or small tupperware container. Add 1/2 bottle Happy Prairie Orange Szechuan Sauce to the bag or container and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Heat a skillet over high heat. Add a little butter to the pan.
Add the Chicken cubes and the sauce to the skillet. Stir occasionally until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Typically, 8-10 minutes.
Prepare rice as recommended by package or use veggies instead.
Serve over rice or veggies. Garnish with scallions or sesame seeds.
Recipe Note
TIP: Add additional Orange Szechuan sauce for more intense flavors.
