You're getting a true half beef from us as we literally divide the beef right down the middle, giving you our highest quality cuts available. And as a bonus, the Half Beef Share is a bucking 10% off when compared to purchasing items a la cart!

P.s. - We also threw in a free tongue and oxtail because we know you're too scared to try those on your own!

• Once we have your order ready to ship, we use 2-Day UPS Shipping. Your package will arrive in 2-3 business days from the time it is shipped.
• We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and occasionally Thursdays.
