Happy Prairie Honey BBQ Sauce
REP Pasture-Raised Chicken Wings
Olive oil

1: Thaw REP Chicken wings
2: Pre-heat Air fryer to 400F.
3: Toss wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper. And place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don't overcrowd. Cook for 15 minutes.
4: After 15 minutes, remove the wings from the air fryer and toss them with the Honey BBQ sauce. (make sure to save some back)
5: Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper when adding the sauced wings. Place the wings back in the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
6: Let rest a few minutes before serving (the sauce will be very hot right after cooking).

Optional: Brush or dip finished wings with additional leftover sauce.

1: Thaw the REP Meatballs.
2: Warm skillet & add some butter.
3: Add meatballs and brown them. Turning occasionally.
3: Add Happy Prairie Bourbon Sauce (save a little for glazing after cooking)
4: Continue to cook, coating all meatballs.
5: Turn heat on low and cook until sauce is reduced & thickens.
6: Serve with a toothpick as an appetizer or serve over rice as a dinner.

Optional: garnish with scallions.

Happy Prairie Fajita Marinade

1: Thaw REP Steak Strips
2: Combine Steak Strips & Happy Prairie Fajita Marinade in Container for 4 hours minimum. We recommend marinating overnight. (Save a little sauce back for the veggies)
3: Set large cast iron skillet on high heat and sear REP steak strips for 2-3 minutes. Then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes
4: Slice green peppers, red peppers and onions. Put in skillet on high heat and pour in a little leftover marinade sauce.
5: Cook veggies for 2-3 minutes or until desired firmness. Make sure the pan is big enough so they cook properly instead of being steamed.
6: Assemble your fajitas with the toppings of your liking.

Optional Toppings: Cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, tortillas.

1: Thaw 1lb Regenerative Ground Beef

2: Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add REP Ground Beef; cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease; transfer beef to a bowl. Add onion to the same skillet; cook and stir until just tender, 5 to 7 minutes.

3: Stir in 1/2 bottle of Happy Prairie No Soy Teriyaki Sauce and browned beef; cook and stir until the onions just begin to wilt, about 2 minutes.

4:
Prepare rice as recommended by package or use veggies instead.

5: Arrange lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a large serving platter; spoon rice and add teriyaki ground beef in the center. Add additional sauce for extra teriyaki flavor.

6: Garnish with scallions or sesame seeds. (optional)

1: Cut REP Chicken Breasts into 1” cubes. Place the chicken in a ziploc bag or small tupperware container. Add 1/2 bottle Happy Prairie Orange Szechuan Sauce to the bag or container and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

2: Heat a skillet over high heat. Add a little butter to the pan.

3: Add the Chicken cubes and the sauce to the skillet. Stir occasionally until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Typically, 8-10 minutes.

4: Prepare rice as recommended by package or use veggies instead.

5: Serve over rice or veggies. Garnish with scallions or sesame seeds.

TIP: Add additional Orange Szechuan sauce for more intense flavors.

REP Smoky Buffalo Sauce

1: Thaw REP Chicken Wings


2: Pat wings dry with paper towel.


3: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line two rimmed baking sheets with foil and fit the baking sheets with wire racks.


4: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the melted butter. Arrange the coated chicken wings in a single layer on the wire racks, not touching each other. Sprinkle them with a little salt.


5: Bake the wings until they are cooked through and their skin is browned and crispy, about 40 minutes.


6: Remove from oven, coat wings with some Smoky Buffalo sauce. Reduce oven temp to 170 degrees F. Put them back on the rack and bake for another 20 minutes. This really sets in the buffalo flavor.


7: Serve: Toss wings with additional Smoky Buffalo sauce or serve the Happy Prairie Buffalo Sauce in a dipping bowl.

HAPPY PRAIRIE HICKORY BARBEQUE SAUCE
UNSALTED BUTTER

1: Heat up skillet, add unsalted butter.

2: Add meatballs and brown on all sides.

3: Add half bottle of Happy Prairie Hickory Barbeque Sauce and continue to cook coating all the meatballs.

4: Let it cook for 10-15 minutes.

5: Ready to serve with remaining sauce. Extra sauce is important.

REP Smoky Buffalo Sauce
REP Pasture-Raised Chicken Wings
4  Bell Peppers
1 lb.   REP Ground Beef
1 Tbsp            Olive Oil
1/4 cup          Green Onions
1/4 cup           Fresh Parsley
1/2 Tsp           GroundSage
1/2 Tsp           Garlic Salt
1 Cup              Cooked White Rice
3/4 Cup          Happy Prairie Fajita Marinade
1/4 Cup          Shredded Mozzarella

Directions:

1. Cook Beef in skillet and drain.  Return to skillet and add olive oil, green onion, parsley, sage and Garlic salt and mix well.

2. Add in Cooked Rice and Fajita Marinade and mix well.

3. Cut off tops of Bell Peppers and clean out inside including seeds.

4. Stuff Peppers with mixture and place into Air Fryer.

5. Cook 10 minutes @ 360 degrees on Bake.

6. Carefully open lid of Air Fryer and add Shredded Cheese.

7. Cook until peppers are soft and cheese is melted.

1 WHOLE CHICKEN
1 Cup HAPPY PRAIRIE KOREAN BBQ SAUCE
1/3 Cup. MAYO (preferably Avocado Mayo)

1. Pat Chicken dry with paper towel and set aside on a tray.

2. Put mayo in a bowl and add 1/3 cup Happy Prairie Korean Barbecue Sauce as a dipping sauce.

3. Brush Happy Prairie Korean Barbecue sauce over all sides of the whole chicken separate the skin on the breasts and rub some of the sauce between the skin and the chicken breasts as well.

4. Place in a smoker set at 225 degrees for 4-5 hours or until the internal temp is 170 degrees.  Brush with the remaining Korean BBQ sauce every hour or so. Note: Can also be baked in the oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour, or until internal temp is 170 degrees.

5.  Serve with the Dipping Sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

4 CHICKEN THIGHS
1 Tbsp OLIVE OIL
1 Tbsp HAPPY PRAIRIE HOUSE SEASONING
1/2 Cup HAPPY PRAIRIE CARIBBEAN BBQ SAUCE

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Rub olive oil on all sides of the chicken thighs and season with Happy Prairie House seasoning.

2. Pour Happy Prairie Caribbean Barbecue Sauce over chicken on both sides.

3. Place chicken thighs, skin side up, in the air fryer and set the temp to 390 degrees for 16 to 20 minutes or until the internal temp is 170 degrees.

INGREDIENTS:

4 BONE-IN CHICKEN BREAST HALVES, WITH SKIN

1 CUP HAPPY PRAIRIE RASPBERRY JALAPENO GLAZE

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish so they are not crowded.  Pour the Happy Prairie Raspberry Jalapeno Glaze to coat.

3. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour, basting occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink, and the juices run clear.
