The Boston butt is known as the more luxuriant, marbled, and flavorful portion of the pork shoulder and is a favorite with chefs and in barbecue for its rich taste. This bone-in, skin-on cut is the ultimate for set-it-and-forget-it recipes over low or indirect heat, whether they're in the oven, on a stovetop, or in a slow cooker. All of our pork is pasture raised underneath our Pecan groves spending their day grazing and eating Native Pecans.
